            The initial setup involves inputting into a specialized database the email addresses of your customers and clients You may complete this setup yourself at no cost, or turn it over to the Red Penguin staff at a low, low cost of $65 for up to 500 email addresses/names, plus $10 per 100 names above the first 500.

            The monthly email marketing plan involves choosing the type of email you send to your customers and clients. For example, one month you may opt to email a coupon or announce a “special”. The following month you may choose to email a newsletter. If you want to prepare the specifics of each email yourself, the monthly cost would be $20 per month for up to 1000 email addresses (and just $10 per month for every 1000 emails above that). If you’d prefer to hand the details over to Red Penguin to prepare for you, just let us know what you want to feature, and we’ll handle the email design (featuring your business logo and graphics), formatting and mailing. Then the monthly cost would be $40 per month for up to 1000 email addresses.

            You may ask yourself “why can’t I just send out my own email to clients whenever I wish? Why should I pay for an email marketing program through Red Penguin?” Good questions! While you certainly can send email to your customers, it isn’t your best option for a number of reasons.
